Standard Mandatory Challenge
Question Format: Engage with Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
Question Attempt: Attempt a total of 100 questions.
Duration as per Category
- Challenger Category (6 to 8 years): One round of 10 minutes
- Master Category (9-11 years): One round of 12 minutes
- Grandmaster Category (12 years and above): One round of 12 minutes
Scoring System
- Correct Answer: +10 points
- Incorrect Answer: -2 points
- Skipped Questions: No negative marking
SPRINTS OPTIONAL COMPETITION CHALLENGES
- The Sprint Challenge encourages skill testing in additions-subtractions and multiplications.
- It provides a competitive platform for participants to elevate proficiency in these specific mental math topics.
- Participants compete in their respective age categories
- Sprints is a one round event.

All registered participants can attend a special Mental Math Tips and Tricks webinar tailored to their age categories:
- Industry experts will cover important topics based on the competition syllabus.
- These webinars are designed to make Mental Math enjoyable, enhance competition performance, improve overall calculation skills, and explore key syllabus topics
- Optional Attendance: These webinars are optional and are intended for participants who are new to mental math or looking to explore more mental math techniques.

Participant Guidelines and Terms
- Assigned Timeslots: All participants will receive specific timeslots according to their respective categories to report to the venue on their registered email address.
- Registration and Reporting: Participants are required to register and check in at the Welcome Desk at least 30 minutes before their assigned timeslot.
- Attire: All participants must be dressed in their school ortraining institute uniforms.
- Identification: All participants must carry age-proof documentation or a school ID card, which will be checked at the welcome desk.
- Device Usage: The competition rounds will be conducted on I- pads/tablets provided by the organizers at the venue.
- Rough Work: Participants are allowed to use Pen and Paper for rough work during the competition.
- Mock Test: Participants must engage in the Mock Test using their registered email ID on our Competition app “Arena by LiveMCL”. User IDs and password-change instructions will be sent to the registered email address. This will ensure smooth participation on the competition day.
- Accuracy Registration Details: Ensure that accurate registration details are provided as changes post-registration are not possible. Incorrect information may result in registration cancellation without fee refund.
- Multiple Registrations: While registering a second child, parents must use a different email ID. Email id provided during registration will be the login id of the participants and hence has to be unique for each participant
- Dispute Resolution: The Live Math Competitions and League organizers hold the right to make final decisions and interpretations on any disputes or issues related to the competition.
- Force Majeure: In the case of a Force Majeure event leading to competition cancellation or rescheduling, organizers shall not be held liable.
- Refund policy: We regret to inform you that our events operate under a strict no-refund policy. Once registration is completed, no refunds will be provided for any reason.
- Terms and Conditions: Organizers retain the right to modify the competition's terms and conditions at their discretion and without prior notice

Part 2: Inaugural Event of “The LiveMCL Book of Mental Math World Records” at GMMO 2025,Dubai
We are delighted to present a prestigious and exciting opportunity for your child — the inaugural edition of “The LiveMCL Book of Mental Math World Records”, to be held during the Global Mental Math Olympiad (GMMO) 2025, on 2nd November 2025.
This first-of-its-kind record-setting event is organized by Live Math Competitions and League (LiveMCL) — a global platform committed to fostering mental math excellence. The event will unite talented young minds from across the world in a series of fast-paced, high-precision Mental Math challenges designed to test speed, accuracy, and numerical agility.
Starting this year, The LiveMCL Book of Mental Math World Records will be hosted annually, with Dubai as the home of its flagship edition. Participants will have the unique opportunity to set or break official records in a professionally administered, tech-powered format through our Arena by LiveMCL App.

⚠️ Important Guidelines
• The use of pen, paper, calculators, abacus, soroban, or any external aids is strictly prohibited during the World record attempts.
• All attempts will be conducted on tablets/iPads provided by the organizers.
• The event will be conducted under the official LiveMCL World Record protocol, which will be strictly followed for all registered participants on the day of the event.

✔️ Correct Answer: +10 points
❌ Incorrect Answer: -5 points
🚫 No Skip Option: All questions must be attempted in the order presented.
❤️ Lives per Attempt:
• Each participant gets 2 lives per attempt
• On the 3rd incorrect answer, the attempt automatically ends, and the score is finalized for that attempt.
🔁 Number of Attempts:
• Each participant gets 3 attempts per Subject
• Each attempt is 3 minutes long
• Only the highest score among the 3 attempts will be considered for the final World Record tally.
